On Sunday July 21, 2019, Geek Fit Network organized an event at the Alamo Draft House for a unique yoga experience.
Metal Infused Yoga Experience
There are many types of yogi practice. Hot, Power, Flow… Goat. Not too many can say that they had experienced a bad bitch yoga class before. With a plethora of colorful mats in a tight space, we posed to heavy metal and synchronized our breath in a vinyasa practice with Carol Owens from Sunny Spot Yoga leading the pack.
Zenned The F*ck Out!
This class was easy enough for beginners to follow and challenging enough to stretch out any pent up stress for all levels. After forty-five minutes, we totally Zenned the f*ck out to slower music with dark tones during Savasana. Afterwards it was to the bar with Mimosas. Bad Bitch Yoga and Drinks. Can you name a better way to start the week?
