🎲Use game related approaches such as incorporating D20 dice into your workout. This is a great way to randomize the workout and make it more spontaneous.

🦸‍♂️Wear comfortable clothing that represents your preferred fandom or a character that you identity with.

🎧Compile an epic playlist of music from your favorite movies or videogames. 🚶‍♀️Join a group of fellow geeks and go for a hike...whoops we meant to say, adventure or epic quest.

🎁Create a reward system for yourself (for example: purchase that mini you've been wanting after 2 solid weeks of exercise).
